EquiTrack helps equestrian athletes record training sessions and review performance. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Account information, such as name, email address, and profile picture.
- Authentication information handled by Supabase Auth and, if used, Google login.
- Training data you enter, including horse name, discipline, date, duration, score, rating, notes, and ride details.
- Security and analytics data from services used to run the site, such as Cloudflare Turnstile and Vercel analytics.
How we use information
- To create and manage your account.
- To show your dashboard, session history, charts, and training summaries.
- To protect signup and login flows from abuse.
- To improve reliability, performance, and user experience.
Services we use
EquiTrack uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, and profile storage. Google login may be used for OAuth authentication. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used for bot protection. Vercel may provide hosting, analytics, and speed insights.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers needed to operate EquiTrack. Trainers or administrators may see athlete data only where the app is configured to allow that access.
Cookies and local storage
EquiTrack and its providers may use cookies or browser storage for login sessions, theme/language preferences, security checks, and analytics.
Your choices
You can update profile details inside the app. You may request account or data deletion by contacting the project owner through the support channel used for EquiTrack.
Security
EquiTrack uses managed services and access controls to protect data. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so avoid storing sensitive medical, financial, or legal information in training notes.
Changes
This policy may be updated as EquiTrack changes. Updates will be posted on this page.
